0 commentsOne of the most destructive behaviors in project management is the "unjustified optimism" that many less experienced project managers, many stakeholders and executives seem to hold on to when planning projects.Yes, I really think so. Things will go wrong if PM just believe in project success, without analyzing risks and tracking progress (Oh, did you ever saw PM in agile teams?).
